I believe they are low quality because the forum that i usually use has a certain kb limit on sigs so i have to lower them to be legal. Not quite sure though, the quality didn't look so bad in photoshop but when i uploaded it came like this :/

I'm guessing it's because he uploaded them as a .JPG.

^ Try experimenting with other file types. Often times .pngs will be smaller, and they're also lossless in quality.

All of these are decent, but there's nothing really unique or special about them. I'd also try experimenting with color more, limiting yourself to one color, or hue is really boring. The other thing I find common is that your type feels really out of place, they don't really assist in your design, they just feel tacked on.
