It doesn't look finished to me, I would work on adding in somemore fx, and work on the colors. Also I think the background might be a bit over blurred

btw.. thanks for the comment maietrix... so i made a new version of the sign:

Loving the right side, the fx on the head are quite nice, work on your composition, the left side seems very empty,bland,boring.
