i love the colors used man but i hate the circle in the bottom middle and it looks like you used topaz to clean up you smudging and i dont like that looks overall a nice tag but just needs some tweaks

Too much topaz. Topaz should generally only be used as a subtle effect. I think you need more smudging coming out from behind him as well.
