Need some advice

I recently got back into sig making but a problem has occurred that initially made me stop doing them. I get so far but I seem to lack direction to add finishing touches. Like the one above I made, I like it but it seems to lack a wow factor or major effects. Could you help me improve the one above and maybe link some good tutorials? thanks

That blue is a beautiful color.

Mainly you should work on tending to all the liabilities you personally fear are keeping you back from making it into something great.

Reading tuts is a good idea yes, but establishing your own style is a nice step to success. Read the tuts, get ideas, and you'll eventually find your way

could try some light effects to go with your blue lighting maybe and i like the blending and depth m8, u got that down pretty well .
or maybe you could add some c4ds or some textures to add effects to your bg but try and stay with your flow .

Maybe you can use some C4D to push up a Eye Catcher in front of...or u can use Cliiping Mask.Its always a thing to find a good bg and to resize the stock/rednder good enough...maybe if you want some tips or got question - pm!

Thanks Guys I have a really extensive supply of C4D on my comp. I think I just need more confidence to go out there and put bold effects on. Yeah the BG is a little lifeless. I might change my smudge settings around
