Feeling rusty.

Does look good man, I like the background and some of the effects.
The main thing that stands out to me is the render - it feels like half the sig is too blurred and the other too sharp, try adding some more things in the foreground.

looks over sharped in areas and really lq . i do like the depth and ho u made head look like its sticking out nice work . the lighting can be better
