Sorry bro, but this isn't good at all

- blur at his face?
- What is the yellow thing doing there?
- Background is horrible
- Effects don't seem to work at all

I suggest following tut's, and then, after you followed a few, put them into practice

On the contrary I quite like it, I can see what allseeineye means though, I can see that youve tried to make the yellow thing the focal and the guy chasing after it but I think theres just a little bit too much blur on his helmet, also try to separate the background from the foreground by giving it a different shade of colour.

And try it with getting rid of the yellow thing completely and just having the render in focus.
