    Tell me if you like the coloring job on this, the piece itself took about 25 seconds to put together but that is not wat is being judged.

    I think it looks good. I am not a fan of how they are placed, in just straight lines.

    I would switch it up a bit.

    For an abstract the font needs to be smooth, try giving anti-alias of smooth if that doesn't work blur the text with guassian blur 0.1 pixels. The colouring is good, not to strong, the low saturation effect works well. I would say you would need an extra colour in there, maybe a pastel yellow to make it perfect. There is too much blue, turn some of it yellow.

    the colorings good, and the render, but the text doesnt really fit

    Instead of just using stright gradients, give the Circle one a try, or Diamond. That is what I was thinking of.

    Use brushing and set the layer on different settings, and then do one of the many blurr settings.

    Thats what i do.
