Thanks & i rely a lot on smudged backgrounds, i should change that.

You have a nice focal choice, but they are a bit large.
Try making your backgrounds out of a larger part of the render or with a stock, that's up to you though, I've never been a fan of the smudging bg unless it was t1 smudging.
