Default Advanced signature tutorial, not for beginners

I may not have been happy with the outcome of this one, but there are many good techinques in this video that people may find useful. video is also sped up so you may need to pause it at parts. enjoy

    Result

Not to be rude but this is a beginners tutorial, pretty much actually. Basic, simple, plain and blurry with dull colors.
So sorry for breaking your spirit but it's a lie to call it advanced

Here's more like a advanced tut due to all the techniques and elements etc: http://www.gfxvoid.com/forums/showth...895#post618895

Hope that helps you to understand the levels of classing tuts better.

thx for the share, but agreed with Rad, this is beginner level tut, the result is not the best ever but it may help someone get that result if that is what they want.

I called it an advanced tutorial because most beginners dont know how to use channels or patterns to make a background or other techniques. Also considering I dont talk in the video and i havent made notes on what hotkeys I use alot of beginners would be lost with this tutorial. As i stated in my first post im not happy with the result and this is my first sig after a year layoff so it didnt come out how i planned it so maybe i should have said "intermediate" but the techniques used if you actually watched the video would confuse a beginner

I don't think these techniques would confuse anyone.
The problem is you don't explain what you're doing, making it hard to follow, and probably impossible for a beginner.
I count myself as a beginner, and i'm not learning anything from this video.

Watch other tutorials, learn from them. (Check Slavory, he's awesome :P)

PS: Why is the video 18:55 long while it basically ends at 4:47?

@Xiu, thats another reason i put advanced because in this one I didnt leave notes or speach bubbles to explain what im doing. if you watch my other videos especially the ones that say beginner i have notes throughout to explain all ive done. I dont have a mic so this is the best I can do
