Kiu mate, work on your lightning: try making the less important spots a bit darker, and the more important spots brighter. but dont just slap white soft brush on it: Use it on low opacity, or the dodge tool or just other lightning effects

Yah I know my lighting kinda sucks but I love the light .My anime sigs are kinda bleh, I have't seen much anime tutorials I'd like to work on some 3d things first tho
