As the title says, anyone is allowed to create and join a new team!

Wooho. I would make one but lets be honest, who wants to start a team when ya got not computer, I aint heard tell of it haha. So my thoughts are that if people start creating a team and want me to join, sure thing buck. However it stands to reason no one would want me on a team while I am without means to display artwork. So I think I may also allow teams to grow until I obtain an ordinateur.(computer a la French)
