There are horizontal lines visible. These are the edges of the layers you put on top. you should fade them with a large soft brush to blend them in.

Colors aren't that bad just need like a filer layer above to improve it a bit
edit: well needs a bit of adjustment layers i like to use selective color to work on my colors, i tested some stuff out for you and got this:
