Seems like you're fairly new to smudging. Nice smudging effects, but, there could be a bit more added onto the banner itself. Lightning was well done as well.

I had to look at this 2 times just to see what was smudged good work. The lighting is top stuff and that is what kept making my eye not see it.

nice smudging, but the focal is just put in front of it. that way it doesn't blend and work with the smudge.
