a problem about quicktime?

I wanted to read a tutorail and was required to install Apple Quicktime.my OS is windows XP sp2,and I installed Quicktime 6.5.2. But I can't watch the tut movie.

I saw the logo of quicktime in the middle of the movie square,so I knew that quicktime plug-in is working. It seems that Icould not load the movie.

Is there anything I didn't noticed about the site?or maybe there's something wrong with my system?can anyone watch the movie?
