well its not often it happens ..lol

Its too blurred/fuzzy.

Yeah I noticed that ..seemed to lose sharpness of it wen i went to jpg.figure in the bg is meant to be blurry

Yeah, sharpness problems seems to be a little flaw on Jpg images. That something that hard to fix. It's usaully by the quality of the image, I have the problem with most of my sigs and drawings. You probably can fix the quality of image, if that doesn't help you could always use sharpen. That doesn't really look good at least thats my opinion.
