    hmm another SOTW entry....

    it's the punisher just different to every other one...

    Don't think you should make a cutout :P they are very hard to make turn out well.

    meh

    the render is cut badly, it is very rough around the edges. the color balance on the background is way overdone, lower those parameters a bit too make it less bright. the 'punisher' text is so very obviously copy and pasted from somewhere.

    try again with that in mind then post the results - it'd look great with a bit more effort.

    here's what a cutout should look like - note the smooth edges. find a tutorial for rendering (gamerenders.com forums are excellent)

    ... and i never noticed it cut out like that.. but it looked fine on ps.... that always happens :P oh well thanks... but i don&#39;t get how you say the background is overdone... and yet needs more work? :blink: it baffled me, and that&#39;s how i want the background :huh: and duuh it&#39;s obviously cut and paste i am using the official text from the comics :P

    yes that thing that is behind the render and text: we call those backgrounds .

    I think what he is trying to say is tone down the colors a bit dude thats all.

    mess around with brightness and auto leveling (even though auto leveling is used normally to get the look you have now) it might help.

    i can&#39;t remember who&#39;s it was... but someone on the forum had raven from sc or something on a sig with a blackish background and brighteness like that... and i have been trying to get it like that for a while now and try and get it perfect... :mellow: i don&#39;t know why but i like it that way but it does look a bit overdone :P :lol: haha hold on if you want anyone else can comment on it but i&#39;m off to go change it so keep that in mind
