Second Template.... :P Not quite finished but I didn't know what to add.

Hmm, I don't like buttons on the left and the border. This gray bg sucks. Try different color, change border and maybe add something to buttons. Play with it, cos idea is quite good

And try to think about the layout before making it, like on a piece of paper or something...

Having two navs so close is pretty stupif IMO >.<

I think you should make smaller border, make another bg (maybe some pattern?) and buttons like the top ones.
