Has a wow factor for people that don't know it's the xbox tutorial...but it's kinda boring and really doesn't relate to Blackout at all.

Splash pages are way overated anyway. Unless you're dealing with a page that can be displayed in either HTML or Flash, splash pages are just annoying.
