I worked at A&W (a burger joint with "world famous root beer")

I've been asked numerous times:

"Do you sell root beer?"
Me: "..." *sigh*

i dont' work, but i heard a consumer order food at a fast food place before,

staff member- what would you like today?
consumer- i would like a hamburger without the meat, lettuce, tomato, etc.
staff member- so all you want is the bun?
consumer- yes that is all i would like.

i mean wtf, why order a hamburger if you just want the damn buns, why not just eat bread from your house?

once, i was in line at the KFC, and the guy in front of me sneezed. Heres how it went:
dude:*sneezes*
me: bless you
dude: AHHHHH!!!! THE VOICES ARE TALKING AGAIN!!!!! AHHHHH!!!!*runs out the KFC without his food*

WTF?!? He was probably mental or something. This was a middle age man too. Oh well, he never came back for his food, so i got twice as much food for half the price

lmao once i was at a friends house and we went to TacoBell right...(we were like pale cuz it was winter)...the dude at the counter was like.."Oh hey Pablo....oh wait ur not pablo...well what u want? some money we aint no mexican bank..." and the im like...WDF! "Im nowhere near looking mexican....i just want a TACO already!"
and my friends like..."yeah what he said.." and the guy at the counter looks at us funny...and says..."if u say so..."...a few minutes later he puts the food on the counter and as i walk up hes like "Oh hey Pablo...oh wait never mind"

lol, so many funny stories...
Imo, if you work long enough in a position where you interact with costumers, you're bound to hear stupid and deranged stuff... this is a pretty long one...

I worked in Fortisbank at the register for abt two months,
abt halfway the second month i get this costumer who was visibly annoyed, mumbling to himself, because he had to wait so long in line.
he comes up to the registry asking me to cash out ALL accounts of his company...
I go like, ok, that is your right (he had the appropiate authorization, so i could'nt refuse of course...)
I ask the guy if he wants it in a bankcheque, but he wants cash...
I start working on it, emptying his four accounts with thousands of euro's.
Then I go to the backoffice vault, getting staples of money, spending abt 30mins just counting all this money on my desk. The guy's getting anxious and really annoying.
I try to make him feel at ease and go like "ok sir, i'll count this in front of you, so you can count with me and see everything."
His reply is like: NO, YOU count it, THEN, I count it...
finally, i'm done, I print out his order, wich he has to sign bfore he gets the money in his hands. I hand it to him, ~luckilly from under 2.5 inches of bulletproof glass:P~ and ask him to sign it...
He starts yelling NO, I WONT SIGN THIS! You give me my money!! that's mine!
Explaining him that it was the banks money UNTIL he signed the order note was very futile, so then he started yelling for the police and all that kind of crap...
eventually, he even wanted a note that he hadn't withdrawn money at all that day (he probably just wanted to bag the money of the company and run off...)

at that time, i simply closed my blends and had security throw him out...
I lost abt 2hrs on him...

just to state how stupid people get...
I have loads more of these, albeit less long, if you're interested i'll post those too...
