I figured I might as well start start up my website again - but since the load times were really long last time, I thought I'd try to keep the images smaller etc.

Finished the portfolio section, I think I'll leave it that way (the only thing I might change is add images). Later I might add forums or a blog, but I have neither the time, nor the use for it atm.
Also, I'll keep you guys posted on my tutorials

Its really clean and... green .
It could be more optimized wich would have resulted in more code though.
The code could also be more optimized but it works really good, in firefox.
It isn't really crossbrowser compatible!
It might work in the newest IE but it doesn't in older versions of IE, only tip i could give you is to try making your site more crossbrowser compatible.

Your html is faulty somewhere according to w3c but your css is flawless. But i dont like the links to deviantart and the tutorials, make the tutorials in mostly code too and it would be better .
Sorry for commenting on 90% code but the design is flawless and code is what i know the best .

Actually, thanks a lot, tasyfish
The tutorial I couldn't be bothered to remake, so I might do that later
I will make it cross browser compatible, and see if I can clean some things up. Furthermore, I want to link my portfolio to an iframe below the selection iframes, but I haven't been very successful in the coding thereof >>

My personal opinion is that you should use a css layout with php includes.
it basiclly means that you will have to rename your for example: index.html to index.php and then typing:
<?php include("location:include.html"); ?> instead of the iframe tag.
you can position it inside css tags wich therefore restricts it to its dimensions.
It might sound tricky/weird but it is really convenient when you know how to.
