    well tbh you should try when you are removing the background to lower the hardyness and use a bit bigger eraser tool so the edges melt in to the white background a bit more.

    Try using the pen tool to get really close to whatever you are cutting out. It's the most accurate selection tool in PS. If you want to blend it click ctrl+click (or command+click) on the tile preview next to the layer name and goto Select > Feather and feather by a few pixels. Before you deselect hit crtl+shift+i and hit delete. Touch up whatever else needs to be.
