That is REALLY nothing special, lets see. You took the original, added some gaussian blur to it, added some brightness, and some shitty star brushes? Really nothing to be proud of in my opinion, but it's your submission. O ya, and the text is horrible, because look at the pixelation, fix the AA. And the glow doesn't add a decent effect, at all. the cloud text isn't even attempted to be blended. TO me, this really lacks effort and love, so I'm really not feeling it.

The star brushes kill the piece.. They're really out of place.. Text doesn't do much to help either... Try harder next time..

i also did color balances....but it was one of my first manips and i agree its nothing special. Wanted to see how i can improve, thx for the comments.
