    Never tried anything like this before.



    Made out of a few filters, a lot of pain in the ass default brushing, and a combination of dodge, burn, smudge, and blur tools for touchups. Constructive crit greatly appreciated.

    I love everything, but it looks like where the brightest part should be, its burned.... but its alright anyway.....
