Big help needed

Im doing a college assignment where i have to name the specifications for a company( fictional of course)

The company is called ProBuild. They specialize in making the designs for housing and small factories.

I have to firstly say what specifications they would need.

this is where i need ur help firstly.

My lecturer says i should include the follow.
Inputs, Outputs hardware and software. the obvious ones are keyboard and moniter but for software and hardware. what do u think should be inculuded? If you know anything about this could you please tell me some.

Would be a really REALLY big help.

the company will need graphics cards, to render housing. They're also going to need autocad, which is a a program that does architecture. search for it on google, it's the only program used basically. They will need printers that can print on to velum, a type of paper that is used in blue prints, and it needs to be big. That's all I cant really get, but I don't even completely understnad what it is taht you want.
