I prefere the top one, the botton one has a nicer background, but the render seems a little too sharp and pixelated and is very lacking in the text department. Maybe look to getting a more substancial (sp) boreder on both as well?
I think the lil guy in the second one brought it down a bit. It doesn't seem to fit into a background like that. I think the sig would have been a little better had the guy not been in it. Otherwise, they are both wonderful. Awesome piece
