i am planning on buying a graphics tablet, and i need to know what are good brands, and so on.

Wacom is the best one out there. The 9x12 sounds good, but in my opinion its way too huge, makes it unwieldy. I have an intuos2 6x8 and it works perfectly for me. I suggest that one (though now they have intuos3).

like he said, wacoms are the best, and prolly always will be. there are some very pricey options if money isn't an issue, but theres also some cheap ones (smaller)
-
jack, how much was your wacom? where did you buy it?
-
I don't remember where I bought it exactly, but it was at a place like best buy, comp usa etc. I got mine at a discount because it was bought once, the person opened up the box and brought it back. So basically, I got mine cheaper because the box wasn't sealed If I remember right, I got it for... between $100-200 USD. Like I said, it works great and it was for a good price too. Go for it

do you have any pieces of work i can see thats made by you?( im intrested in it also casue everything you make is amazing)

Mine is a Wacom Graphire3 like a 3x5 one, really small. But still works. Id recommend the Intous ones like Jack has. They are the bestttt

hah i haven't brushed anything in a long time... but i can show you a or two things that are technically wips (i never work on them) that i started a few months ago.
I can only find two things (I'm not at my home computer). I started both of them a few months ago and never finished them.

Pretend the head isn't there, its from an old old version I did a super long time ago. I was redoing it.
