I can see a problem with your shadows.
It doesn't look dark enough. If you have a massive elephant in front of you, then you are going to have a massive black shadow. Try to darken it to the same level of the shadows from the cars.
The shadow length looks fine, could be a bit longer, but you could get away with it's current length.
Now the lighting on the elephant is coming from the wrong direction. It should be more behind him then in front.

overall you gotta agree good work and looks great...i had a bit of a laugh when i saw it....
