You did a good job on drawing the plans out, and how you labeled everything, there are just some things that should be considered when doing kitchens.
Work space triangle. The most common thing to do in kitchens is to form a triangle between the fridge, range and work surface. That way you can maximize productivity without having 2 things get in the way, it also helps when multiple people are working in it, space permitted.
Fridges should be placed in such a way that no needed space is above it. If you want, a cupboard for things that are rarely used is good, but nothing too common, like a microwave, those should be in a stand alone area, or integrated into the hood fan. That way all your hot food prep can be done in 1 spot.
The pantry looks odd. It would probably been a better design similar to a closet with sliding doors, that way you aren't working with an odd corner, or built to use drawers.
With a sink right on the left of the center workspace limits the cabinets that can be used. The situation on the top left is almost unavoidable, the opposite side is better, but you might want to look at the new pull out corner drawers. The utilize the corner space, and have the same pull out design as a normal drawer.
For receptacle, they are well placed, 1 addition I would do is to add a receptacle to the right of the sink, either under the window if there is room, or directly to the right of it. This will just allow for more convenient prep with power units.
Hope this helps you out. Doing house plans are fun, and helping other people with them is just as fun.
PS: What type of lighting is in the kitchen? A standard sunshine ceiling with fluorescent bulbs? A nice way to make kitchens more attractive lighting wise is to add pot lights, in a kitchen like yours, 4 pivoting and 3 or 4 general would work well. The 4 pivoting placed above the counter aimed at an angle that way you don't have shadows while working, and the general ones over the main walking area.

Thanks for the Feedback. That's great.
I forgot about the light positions, so I will place them in. At the moment, we have 2 down lights and a Fluro. The down lights are above the bench on the left and the sink. The Fluro is crap and we have been meaning to remove it sometime.
Adding in another Power point is also no problem. You can never have enough of them around the place. I just have to watch how close it is to the sink. There are a heap of regulations on distances between electrical and water outlets.
The far left of the plans is the Eatery area, so I wanted to keep all the cupboards opening inside the kitchen area. I mentioned the same Idea you had with the new Pull out corner. Only saw it a few weeks ago, but it's a great idea! I forgot to mention that the corner cupboard on the top left is also a "push to open" cupboard. So there are no handles and it will look like a solid enclosed unit.
I'm increasing the size of the Pantry from the original. I'm adding the angular bit to give us some more space. It's not really that big at the moment and fills up so easily. If I had it my way, I would have it along the bottom wall, but that is a supporting wall and removing it will cause structural problems. So it's a kinda compromise.
Our Fridge is 1400mm (55 inches) tall. So it'll give a 1 metre space above it. The plans don't show it really well, but there is a Microwave and cupboard above it. I'll show this on the front elevation.
Thanks for the info. Nice to see what others do think of. It's just a bit hard because I am restricted to the House structure, money restraints and available space.

If the code is anything like up in BC, you need a minimum of 30 inches from the water source, and any outlet within 5 feet, I think it was, needs to be a GFCI protected receptacle.
PS: This should probably be in the design section, since it is a kitchen design. :P
