Nice use of splatters, however I don't think they work too well with the moon. You might want to make his foot a bit clearer as well (The one that's kicking).

This could easily be great.

Remove the splatters of the moon
Have a black area from the bottom of the image to the bottom of his foot

Maybe then play about with some lighting on the moon.

let me give you a real critique,
splatters are overdone, the background itself lacks a lot. The ground is poorly done. Looks like this LP wasn't even over 25mins maybe even 10 to me. Take your time on LP's and then move forth with more detailed assumptions rather then random looking splatters everywhere. The only good placement on this LP is the text, thats it. Work on it more.
