Hmm, not really sure...
Just looks like a black background with a render placed on, some blending then some text added.
I think because your render takes up most of the tag, there's no real effects going on.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Wasn't much else to do with a render like this. No need for all those crazy effects and what-not, so I kept it clean and simple.
