Snowboard Magazine Article!

This was assignment in my Graphic Design class... We had to make a logo, three boards from scratch then come up with a magazine page layout.
It is all done in Illustrator and Photoshop CS4!

Carefull with your shadows on the ones in the middle they are a bit off.

Ya I came up with all the designs! Shadow work in illustrator is a bit dodgy.

Excellent visual alignment and typography. The board designs are solid, though I'm not sure about the earth tones in the middle board. I like the design, but the colors somehow don't seem fitting.

The only thing I have any real issue with is the buildings at the bottom. I know it's supposed to be part of a mountain backdrop, but even with the blue filter over them it gives too much of an urban feel. Everything else is top notch.
