He looks dirty, but you're aiming for it to be shadows ain't you? And yes the shading is off.
His cap, clothes and skin, they all have different angles of shading.

Shading is off, edges are a bit jaggy, but if you can develop this particular style of vecotoring it could be cool... I'm impressed

This. It's a bit sloppy in some areas, but as a whole it looks coo, just possibly fix it up a bit and you'd have a pretty sick tag.

Shading is a real bitch, I'm working on it too.
Nice piece man, shading is a bit off but overall, its nice. Also, play more attention to detail.
