The only problemmm i would say is the eye on the left stickin out of the eye hole lol
EDIT: Lookin again I would fix the ears too

I didn't even notice that eyeball, haha.

Nice improvement.
Just a few things. The curves around the ears, eyes, and upper forehead need to be smoother. The left pupil isn't lined up with the eye. On the moth, just above the tongue, I can see a bit of skin colour were it should be black. And on the left cheek it has a sharp point, and should be smooth like the right. I see that you use the elliptical tool for the nose, but you need to tilt it slightly to match the tilt of the head. The stroke applied to the tongue crease is a much thicker one than the rest of the picture, it should match the stroke on the inside of the face, and the 2 creases of the chin that extend into the face should either be the same stroke as the outline, or if you use thinner like you did, make sure that the inner edge lines up.
