Achiving these layer styles

Hey, any idea how can i achive a layer style simmiliar, or the exact same thing as:
the box is what im trying to accomplish. its a half transperent box, stroked with dark cyan, thats all ik, im trying to achive the same layer style that makes it look so good.

Your talking about the username/pass boxes right? If so I would assume that is as you say, a cyan box set at a low opacity, plus a black stroke (Probably 1px) with an inner shadow plus a smaller outer glow.

no, the big box itself. ik how to make those "holes" layer styles.

I'd guess on insides stroke with inner shadows and some soft brushing.

A rounded rectangular shape with around a 75% fill stroked with cyan and a gradient/inner shadows like what Rad said.
