I haven't seen any of your other designs, but next time when you try a layout call upon the spirits and envision what you'd use that website for.
I think the biggest problem with your's is it's unusable of sorts.
As for the artwork, all your content boxes, text styles and those bubble buttons are dead sexy.

Graphics- 8/10 Very colorful, Would shine in a great layout.

Well colors doesn't fit very well you should make the yellow boxes lighter or change them to Lt. Pink or something.
I like the overall style of it, reminds me of a game.
The Login could be more compact -but still effective- that way.
Overall is 6/10
