looks alright to me, but a little bland, and nothing eye catching.

nice job on the text, cool effect if not a little whored.

the scan bar looks nice, may want to add a gradient next time, to create a little variety in it.

the bg looks alright, may want to check out some of the multi-colouring tutorials we have kicking around, makes sigs looks so much nicer.

render looks alright, try desaturating it a little so it blends with the rest of the sig a little more.

This part would be the boarder thang round my name thats my 1st time doing somthing like that I just see it alot. Can you explain a lil by what you mean. Don't have to break it all down just an idea so I know.
