I'm on the tennis team here, but the coaches are old and too nice to make us do serious running or sprints. I'm looking to start up on my own...but with the seriously messed up weather here (75 and sunny last monday, then 23 and snowing the NEXT DAY&#33 it's tough to find a good consistent activity.



I'm looking for something that's pretty tough, or just how you guys get your cardio in.


Some people have suggested stairs, and there are some at the local football field, but i'm going to use that as a last resort.
