Ok few things I am having trouble with.

Programs -

How can I make it where these programs wont come on when my computer starts. A friend once went to (start, run) and typed in something to get a box that turned them off.

Adds-

I had google tool bar but it doesn't stay. I install it and I have to right click up at the top and click google for it to come up but when I exit that window to a new internet window it's not there to click on to start up or anything just gone.

also on adds I wanted to know if you can somewhere actually type in the name of a site that you don't want to pop up, like block it's name directly.

Search bar-

For some reason this odd search bar has come up and I can't stop if from popping up. when I right click it it just says close box but anytime I search in google or go to any site it comes right back.
