This tutorial is shorter than my first one, so it will be easier as long as you follow the steps.

Step one: Let's create another 500X500 picture like the other one. Make sure the colors are default and then click on the gradient tool.

Make sure the settings for the gradient tool are like this:


Then, go crazy! Make gradients all over on the background and do it it at least 25-40 times or until it looks balanced in black and white and is the way you like.

Step two: Go to Filter>Stylize>Find edges and click ok.

Step three: Invert the image by control+I

Step four (optional): If the contrast or brightness isn't the way you like, go to Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast and try it the way you like.

Step five: All we need to do is color it now! Control+U and check the colorize box, choose your hue and adjust it's saturation to your preference.
