well its just like post besides ive added a few colour textures .

1: create a normal canvas, ( not too small, not too big)
2: press d to set your colours back
3: filter, render, clouds
4:, filter, render, different clouds,
5: press f to change the format to see what type of style you want and stop when you are satifised
6: duplicate your layer then go to filter, liquidify.
7: then randomly drag squigly, curly lines from the bottom left corner to the middle. ( 6-12 lines) then press ok.
8: now go to image adjustments, hue saturation and tick the colorize box and choose any colour that you think is good then presss ok
9: Then grab your eraser ( magic eraser tool) and randomly rub out alot of the section so that the clouds cover most of it with red. ( here this screeny will help you out so you know what i mean)http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y14...rsttutcopy.jpg
10: Then go to filter, pixelate, mezzotint and choose grainy dots and press ok
11: Now go to filter, blur, radial blur and set 100, zoom and best.
12: Tada Your Finished http://i4.photobucket.com/albums/y143/Acid...shedversion.jpg in this screen you will see worldikon but yeh thats adding text and you will see a light in the middle and thats using the flare in the filter, render flare and you can choose where you wanna put it etc.

Well this is my first tut. Yep it sux and its ordinary but it has colour ^_^ lol anywayz sorry if your tired seeing this but this is basically all i know now.
