This is apparently set to be the new 5 pound note in England come 2016. Looking at it, I can't help but think it was designed by a spastic on a track-ball in Paint Shop Pro 7.

It's like playing a game of how many rules can one design break. Serif and sans-serif together, not lined up, text effects like stroke, inner glow and drop shadow, a nice low-quality design of parliament in the background and of course the topper, a big fucking blue Winston Churchill.
