This is my first tut but its REALLY easy... my cat can do it.

This tut is simple but it comes out with a nice looking techy looking circle. It would even go good as a brush pack... which i may make. So ok lets do this

1. Make a 500*150 picture... or bigger if wanted.
2. Make a new layer (ctrl+n)
3. Fill the new layer with a grey color ( i used # ABABAB )
4. Now go to FILTER>Artistic>PlasticWrap
5. Ok now do FILTER>Artistic>PaintDaubs and then Reaply the filter 1 more time (ctrl+f)
6. Now do FILTER>BrushStrokes>InkOutlines and u should have something that looks like a tech circle.
7. Make sure that the layer your working on is selected and invert that layer (ctrl+i)
8. Set the layer mode to darken and now u can put the Tech Circle it in ur works!

Finished Product:

NOTE: All filters were on defualt settings and CIRCLES MAY LOOK DIFFRENT FROM DIFFRENT SHADES OF GREY.

Now wasnt that N00bishly easy?
