i took some advice and used one render this time, i tryed to make the text show out more by putting it black on white, also used more variety of brushes and colors and a 1px bored behind the figure. thankyou

not keen on the wind effect on the text ..bg looks good but dont like the colour combination its to bright n cheerful for the render. try somthing abit more menacing ..but thats just me otherwise not a bad job keep it up
-
i knew someone would say that about the wind effect, i knew i shouldnt have touched the text at all lol, and for the background, ill clear that up in a minute thanks for the comment

there is that better than what it was before ???

I'd say that's much better, though the text I think needs something done to it. Might look better in all caps.
On your border did you use gradient? if so I think you should widden it a bit more.

i'd say you need to move the text elsewhere. back the render or blend it. then add a border. and don't leave the text plain, theres more then just typing out the text. you can rasterize it and edit the text itself to fit your sig style... since the text is real plain.
half way there

Maybe you can do something about the text.
It booring to me...
