mines a little chopy (it doesn't go smoothly) any tips?

Ok i have a few idea's, first of all what time delay are you putting it on? If its more then .1 second's it will be slow so put it on .1 seconds or no delay at all. Also how many frames and layer's do you have on it? If you have like 5 try and make at least 5 more frames and just use a layer that you used before. Well i hope that help's PM me if it didnt.
