    Well, i like the face of the fairy, but that really needs some sort of clothes

    Try using vines/leaves; and for a waterish fairy: use water swirling around her, or shells

    I really dont understand those freaky ppl in there

    Get rid of them!

    Create a background, like ocean, forest, valley, sky, etc...

    It doesnt have to be real fancy, just something to make it look better
