Hell yeah, I opened Photoshop, made a planet, made a moon, and then made the wallpaper. FOR SOME REASON.
The cloud photo is taken by me and the flying thingies by ~Resurgere.
And no, that is NOT a nebula, it's just clouds. ;P

    1024x768 version

Nothing very special, but something. The dragonfly-thingies are a bit dodgy, but I really have to study for that math test on thursday. ;]
    Hope you like.

Work on the wings of the fly to give them a glow, like fire fly but in space.

Meh, it seems kinda flat like the planet has no atomosphere.
The planet in space is to close. The clouds, give me the
impression im looking up on some planet and seeing the other planet in space. Is this right?

Like i said before. just seems like there no atmosphere on the planet im on.

The flys needs some work, like catalyst pointed out.

thats pretty sweet, but maybe a little less focus on the flys, maybe make them a little smaller. but it is still pretty awesome, great job.

Yes, you're standing on another planet. That's why I put the flies there. Flies and stuff doesn't really fly around in space, hehe. And I never do realistic space art - it can often be really boring - so yes, the other planet it way too close. But really, would a small red spot be better, like we see Mars (or is it Venus?) from Earth? :P
I didn't know the atmosphere was visible on the night? When it doesn't reflect light, you see right through it, that's why we can see stars and stuff.

    Thanks for the comments.
