i am trying to set up a website, and when i run dreamweaver, and try to set up the site, it says that it cannot determine the server timing. and that synchronization is not possible. . .but the real problem (since i did get everything uploaded onto the internet)
when i try to open the website, it will not go there but goes to www.nts-online.net (which is the server provider).
if anyone has any ideas, or would like more details, please let me know.

It could be that your someone configured your URL to redirect to the main site. Also, is it a domain or a subdomain?
-
dont use dreamweaver. that fixes the problem really fast.

Hum, you sure you set it as index? When imade my old site, i messed that up.
-
the file is "index.htm" i made sure of that.
well. .i wound up having to drag and drop to the site via the ftp that way, which is how i got it uploaded.
and it is a domain, not a sub.

Do you have a Cpanel? If so there's a menu with a redirection part.

URL/cpanel
Like the cpanel of this site would be http://gfxvoid.com/cpanel
But if you don't know what that is then I guess it's not that.
