LOl this is going to sounds stupid but i take that u drew that cartoon or otherwise it wudnt have been much work so i take that you did . The cartoon is good its all in proportion and looks pretty cool.. only thing i would say is the noise looks a little to far to the left.
But on the hole nice Job Keep it up

well... I made the outline smoother with "levels" and put the layer on multyply. then I used the lasso tool 4 painting and in th hair I first brushes and then I draged it out with the...dragingtool? the hand anyway
