dont know what a hud display is but i downloaded a couple of tech brushes, probably came from there

dont know where i got the brushes but i got the filename so you van google it.

hope this helps you out.. i used allot of different brushes on the sig so i am not sure what part of the BG you mean specificly so i hope you can find the brushes you need in these packs. i think you mean the thingy on the left, wich was extreemly easy to accomplish and ofcourse you can use it in any of your work. happy designing
