I find this photograph a lot better than Champaign Track 2. There's a much better angle on the track itself and unlike the second photo.. there are no cars! Cars ruin pictures unless they're the focus. Buildings, poles, etc., only add to pictures if you can the right angle. In this sense, all you can see is the train track and the buildings around it. It removes period of time to the picture; for all we know it could have been snapped back in 1979. But I would agree the actual picture itself isn't of the highest sharpness. Do you use autofocus or manual focus? because that can be corrected.
